At Rogue Star Beauty, we are a small two-person team committed to crafting high-quality, handmade products. Below are our shipping guidelines to help you understand the process.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, during sales or promotions, please allow additional time due to increased order volume. If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship by the specified pre-order date.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order and your delivery location.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they are en route. Rogue Star Beauty is not responsible for orders misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.


Domestic Shipping

All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with a tracking number. Transit times are based on the carrier’s schedule and may vary depending on your location. Please note that the shipping speed reflects the transit time, not the time it takes to process and prepare your order.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping through USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. International orders generally arrive within 7-10 days, but please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, depending on your country’s customs process.

Please note that Rogue Star Beauty is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your destination country. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please use this number to track your package. After your order has left our facility, it is under the care of USPS. For any concerns regarding lost, delayed, or damaged packages, we encourage you to contact USPS directly.
