Our mission is to provide simple yet effective body care formulas, free from unnecessary and harmful by-products and chemicals.

Conservation and Sustainability

At Rogue Star Beauty, we are deeply committed to sustainability. We exclusively use sustainably harvested plants in our formulas, ensuring that the ingredients are abundant, ethically sourced, and organically cultivated whenever possible. Additionally, we prioritize reusable and recyclable containers and minimize excess packaging.

Your order will be thoughtfully packaged using eco-friendly materials. While you may notice plastic bubble wrap in your shipment, rest assured it is repurposed from our incoming deliveries. We never purchase new plastic for packaging.

Product Shelf Life

Our products are formulated to maintain their quality for 9-12 months after opening, except for our Ozone Gold Oxygen Serum, which is best used within 6 months. You can extend the shelf life of all our products by storing them in a refrigerator.

Please note that the longevity of natural products can vary depending on factors such as humidity, exposure to water, and bacteria from hands. Because we refrain from using chemical preservatives, it’s essential to keep water out of your products to prevent mold, yeast, and bacteria growth. For best results, store your items in a cool, dark, dry place with the lid tightly secured.

Vegan Status

All of our products are vegan with the exception of the Velvet Balm, Blushing Balms, and Botanical Highlighters, which contain ethically sourced beeswax from local beekeepers in Northern California.

Organic Ingredients

We use the highest quality ingredients available. Whenever possible, we select organic ingredients. When organic options are unavailable, we source wildcrafted ingredients or those naturally derived from the earth, such as French green clay, which cannot be certified organic.

Cruelty-Free Commitment

We are proud to confirm that all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been packed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is in transit.

For approved cancellations, refunds will be issued minus any shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Refund and Replacement Policy

We accept returns and exchanges of unopened and unused products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrived damaged or broken, please email us immediately at orders@roguestarbeauty.com with a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will assist you promptly.
