Shipping 

Orders will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days from when they are ordered. If your order is part of a sale please note that shipping may take a few days longer as we are just a two person team. If you placed an order with an item that is a preorder, your entire order will ship by the preorder date.

Shipping rates are based on weight.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your USPS tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of USPS, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, please email us—we like to be kept in the loop, but ultimately, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with USPS.

Domestic

All US orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for packages mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered at checkout. Shipping speed is based on actual transit time from the carrier to your doorstep, not the total time it takes to make and ship your order.

International

All orders will ship via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. International orders typically take about 7-10 days but can take up to 3-4 weeks. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Please note that we are not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues. We recommend reviewing your countries local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for packages mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered at checkout.
